Warranty Terms
Please note:
Customers who purchased an ART Series product under the 10 year guarantee have until 30th June 2012 to register their extended warranty. Please see below for full terms of warranty registration.
Standard 3 Year Warranty
RCF provides a standard warranty of 3 years on all of its ART Series products. Please read the warranty information included with your RCF speaker.
10 Year Guarantee
Group Technologies Australasia is providing a limited 10 year guarantee for all ART Series speakers sold in Australia, by official Australian retailers until 31/12/2011.
The extended 7 year guarantee (which commences after RCF’s 3 year guarantee) warrants that all parts purchased from an authorised RCF dealer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
Any product repaired under this warranty will be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period from the original purchase date.
The guarantee does not cover defects, malfunctions or failures resulting from unsafe delivery or transit, accidents, wilful damage, negligence, abuse, misuse, operation contrary to published instructions, operation on incorrect power supplies, power surges\outages, alterations, modifications, improper servicing, tampering or authorised repair. The cause of error\malfunction\failure of each speaker will be determined at the sole discretion of Group Technologies Australasia.
This warranty is not transferrable.
How to Register For Your 10 Year Guarantee
Registration for your extended 7 year guarantee is a two stage process.
Step 1: Fill in the below form on this website in full.
Step 2: Post a copy of your original receipt as proof of purchase back to Group Technologies Austrasia:
